A standard biofeedback session typically lasts 60 minutes. The first session may take slightly longer to include an initial assessment and explanation of the process.

Yes. Sessions with Filipa are available online via video call as well as in person. Contact us to find the option that suits you.

1. Initial check-in — The therapist reviews your health history and goals. No preparation needed.

2. Assessment — The equipment scans your body's stress responses, identifying areas of imbalance. Non-invasive and painless.

3. Action plan — You receive a personalised summary and suggested follow-up plan. The session lasts approximately 60 minutes.

Biofeedback uses advanced equipment to analyse body frequency patterns, identifying areas of stress and imbalance. It is a complementary, non-invasive approach with no side effects that promotes balance between body and mind. We use certified Mandelay Q9 and SCIO biofeedback devices, see our equipment.

The therapy is not suitable for people with pacemakers, epilepsy or pregnant women. For any health concerns, we recommend consulting your doctor.

It varies from person to person. Many patients feel improvements in the first few sessions, but regular follow-up provides more lasting results. Filipa recommends a personalised plan after the first session.

Training is online, one-to-one, and includes two courses: Basic (~5–6 sessions) and Advanced (~4–5 sessions). Duration varies per person, each course is only considered complete when all material has been taught. Assessment is continuous and a certificate is issued at the end of each course.

The full training costs €3,000: €1,000 for the Basic Course, €1,000 for the Advanced Course, and €1,000 for the Therapist Group (technical support, guidance and sharing with all therapists trained by Filipa).

Yes. To take the training you need to own or purchase equipment (Mandelay Q9 or SCIO). Clinical practice is an essential part of the training process.

Yes. A certificate is issued at the end of each course (Basic and Advanced), after continuous assessment during the training.
